Dickies Girl is not responsible for lifetime guarantee return shipping costs, unless the garment is defective. Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed.

Domestic Online Returns and Exchanges:

Follow the directions on the return form that was included in the box your items arrived in. Pack all items in a secure box and enclose the return form with your items. Dickies Girl offers free shipping for returns and exchanges within 30 days of original purchase date. To obtain free return shipping label please e-mail customer service, include your Order Number and Invoice Number and the number and type of items being returned or exchanged. After 30 days from original purchase date customer is responsible for shipping costs on orders being returned or exchanged. Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed.
